Join the Oregon Dunes Restoration Collaborative and Coos Bay BLM from 10AM-Noon on Saturday, September 26th at the end of the Trans-Pacific Parkway to remove invasive plant species from the Coos Bay North Spit.

There is a maximum of 20 people can attend, so it is important for you to email Brian Saunders, ODRC Staff Person at Brian@eugenecascadescoast.org if you plan to attend and let him know how many people are in your group.

PLEASE NOTE: We will need to stay at least 6 feet apart while working and wear face coverings in the parking area. Once we are away from the parking area, the face coverings won’t be necessary as long as we stay 6 feet apart.

BRING: If at all possible, bring your own tools and gloves. A hat, long pants, and sturdy, closed-toe boots or shoes are recommended. Bring your own drinking water and hand sanitizer. If you need tools, let Brian know when you email him. ODRC has tools and gloves that can be borrowed if you need them.

Directions: From Highway 101, turn onto Trans-Pacific Parkway and drive approximately 5.5 miles to the event.
