The Oregon Dunes attract more than 1 million visitors each year and is recognized for its unique habitat amid the temperate rainforests of the Oregon Coast range. The dunes are important to our costal communities, both economically and ecologically, but they are disappearing before our eyes. Author and Oregon Dunes Restoration Collaborative member, Dina Pavlis, will speak about this unique landscape and what’s being done to save it.

Hosted by Florence Garden Club.
